Overview

Flea Free, was developed to help in combating fleas and their offspring by using two of the best compounds to combat the flea cycle - Imidacloprid and Pyriproxyfen.

Imidacloprid is used to control adult flea and Pyriproxyfen as an Insect Growth Regulator or IRG. Combining the 2 ingredients stops the flea cycle. F2 begins working within the hour of Applications and will stay uniform at 98% efficiency for 28 days with the same killing power. Both ingredients are regarded as contact killers. They cover the animal's surface and break the flea reproduction cycle by covering their lipid layer and hair follicles, to kill all fleas coming in contact. Animals with dermatitis have the best prevention for their condition, as the fleas die without being bitten.

Imidacloprid will over stimulates the fleas central nervous system and within 5 min of contact the fleas jaw will be locked, precipitating in the eventual death of the flea by total nervous collapse. All possible layed eggs will be infiltrated by pyriproxyfen to eliminate the possibility of a healthy offspring. The offspring die, because genetic deformities when subjected to the imidacloprid, during the gestation period.

One flea, can bite up to 400 times a day, and their toxic saliva creates severe irritation to many pets that may suffer from dermatitis. They also may carry pathogens, like Bartonella or tapeworm both that can be transmitted to humans. Once the pest has landed in your house, it take much diligence to rid them. Our product was composed to infinitesimally minimize the probability, by giving you the right dosage to last the whole season. Having control is the hardest part of the battle.

The unique packaging allows all cats and dogs to get the necessary dose based on weight of 0.1ml/kg and not like other products which use a weight range to determine dosage.

Product Workings

is composed of two active ingredients Imidacloprid and pyriproxyfen. They work on different elements of the flea cycle, but both are considered contact medication. F2 was formulated to assist animals that are prone to dermatitis, an allergic reaction to the flea's saliva. Your dog would experience extreme discomfort once the flea bites. The flea saliva is very irritating to most animals but extremely to many. Fleas attack their host quickly, and each flea can lay up to 50 eggs per day.

F2 stops the live fleas action and prevents the cycle.

Flea

Imidacloprid works solely on the adult flea to over stimulate their nervous system. The contact between the flea, and the hair and skin of the dog or cat creates the reaction to begin. Within 5 minutes of contact, the flea's mouth locks up and can't move, eliminating the fleas chance to reproduce.

Imidacloprid continues this action until the fleas neurological system causes it's death.

Pyriproxifen is a known Insect Growth Regulators or IGR, it works primarily on the reproductive phases of the flea (Egg, Pupae, Larvae), it renders them sterile and innate. Pyriproxyfen works within 5 min of contact it renders the fleas jaw frozen, enabling the flea to bite.

Pyriproxifen will also kill any adult flea, which may have developed an immunity to Imidacloprid, it shortens the life of the flea to approx 4 days.

As many as 5-10% of all the fleas, actually live on your dog or cat, the rest live in the environment as eggs larvae and pupae. It usually takes a minimum of 3 months to gain some sort of control of a blooming infestation. Many cases take longer. You have 2 product acting in conjunction and independently stopping the flea's reproduction cycle, and killing adult fleas. F2 has been formulated to last 28 days on proper dosage.

Good practice:
The Usage of Immune boosters is good practice when using flea products, to help strengthens their vital organs and combat resistance to flea allergies. It also prevents animals from developing yeast infestation.

During the prevalent flea season worming your animals regularly will aid in preventing fleas or internal pest from disrupting the workings of the spot on. Certain wormers have compounds that kill or stop ticks from latching on to animals, as well as stop any mite infestation. Consult your veterinarian for information.

F2 can be used in conjunction with other oral products to combat endo-parasites.

Applications

  • The first step is determining the weight of your pet. Since the dosage is calculated using metric volumes you will need to know your pet's weight in kilograms. If you do not have metric scales you can use the weight in pounds and convert it using this formula: pounds divided by 2.2 equals weight in kilograms.
  • F2 comes in a flexible container, shake the container vigourously before every Applications to obtain an even concentration of the active ingredients. Make sure you are wearing disposable gloves and wash your hands thoroughly afterwards.
  • Prepare the extraction syringe by inserting the nylon tube onto the syringe. Once the syringe and nylon extension is in place open the cap of the medication container, insert the nylon tube into the liquid and draw out the desired amount by monitoring the level indicated on the syringe. The concentration on cats and dogs is the same, 0.1ml / kg of weight.
  • Do not be overly concerned if your measurement is not quite accurate, a dosage fluctuation window has been included in the formulation so overdosing your animal would be dicult.
  • Apply the F2 concentration directly to the skin between the shoulder blades for dogs and on the back of the neck for cats. Part the fur or hair until the undamaged skin is visible, place the tip of the extraction syringe on the skin and push the plunger to painlessly deliver the medication. For dogs weighing over 25 kg the dosage can be spread to four locations on the spine.
  • Clean the Applications equipment well in soapy water and rinse thoroughly, air dry. Storage of the medication should be in a cool area out of the reach of children, consider placing the open medication container in a glass jar for secure storage.
  • The Applications sites should not be attainable by your pet, and the medication will dry within three or four hours. During this time avoid contact with the medicated area until it is dry. If you have other animals that might lick this area you should isolate the medicated pet until the area is dry.
